CANCELLATION POLICY

Please note that at the time a reservation is made we inform all guests that we close our office at 12 midnight, and if you are arriving later than midnight you must call and inform our office no later than 11pm so arrangements can be made to accommodate your late arrival.

Also at the time a reservation is made we inform all guests that the Eagle Falls Lodge has a 48-hour cancellation policy. Any reservation cancelled less than 48 hours prior to arrival will incur a reservation cancellation fee.

The Eagle Falls Lodge is a 50-room property located adjacent to the Cumberland Falls State Park and The Daniel Boone National Forest. We are a destination property, located well away from the traffic and congestion of an Interstate or busy Highway. Unlike the typical properties along the interstate, we have a more difficult time filling rooms that are cancelled at the last minute. Because of our unique and quiet setting, our location makes it necessary to charge a reservation cancellation fee.
